1. Use of NEXZ.AI

You may use NEXZ.AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its services for fraudulent, harmful or illegal activities.

2. Information and Trading Risk

Content, market data, analysis, tools, indicators, reports, signals and educational materials provided by NEXZ.AI are for general information and educational purposes only.

Nothing on NEXZ.AI constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Users are responsible for conducting their own assessment before making any financial or trading decision.

You must notify NEXZ.AI promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
